Questions we hear a lot

Will this annoy my customers with spam?
No. The messages are spaced out — day 2, 5, 9, and 14 — and they sound like you wrote them yourself. If the customer replies at any point, the sequence stops immediately and you're notified. Customers get a maximum of 4 messages total.
What if the customer already said no?
You can mark any estimate as Won, Lost, or No Response at any time. The moment you do, all follow-ups stop. You're always in control.
Do I need to install anything?
No. BidChaser is a web app — it works on your phone or computer in any browser. Nothing to download or install.
What number do the texts come from?
Texts are sent from a dedicated phone number we assign to your account. Customers can reply directly to that number and you'll see their responses in your dashboard and get an instant alert.
Does it work for trades other than roofing?
